STCO's growth into an international group was driven by the entrepreneurial vision of its founder, Shaher Abdulhak, with the active contribution of his brothers. He devoted himself to the development of STCO's business as a family enterprise, from its inception as a commodity trading house to its expansion into a successful and diversified multinational group with offices in Yemen and Africa.
The group employs over 10,000 people and has one of the best corporate
