Brand Portfolio
STCO Group is the exclusive bottler for premium Coca-Cola brands, including Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite, in Yemen. In Egypt, a joint venture with The Coca-Cola Company has created the largest soft drinks enterprise in the Middle East. Our packaging division also supports the industry by producing a wide range of glass and plastic containers.
Bottling & Distribution
Our beverage operations began in Egypt with the founding of Cairo Beverages & Industrial Company in 1974 and Alexandria Beverages & Industrial Company in 1978. In Yemen, the company established Sana'a Beverages, the exclusive bottler for Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite. A second bottling plant was successfully launched in the Aden Governorate in 2009. In Egypt, a 1994 joint venture with The Coca-Cola Company created an enterprise with an annual capacity of 120 million cases and over 9,000 employees.

The group's beverages division culminated in a landmark joint venture with The Coca-Cola Company in 1994. This partnership established the largest soft drinks enterprise in the Middle East, with an annual production capacity of 120 million cases and over 9,000 employees in Egypt. In Yemen, STCO founded Sana'a Beverages, the exclusive bottler for Coca-Cola brands. A second bottling plant was successfully launched in the Aden Governorate in 2009.
Packaging Solutions
Our packaging arm,
Middle East Glass (MEG), was founded in Egypt in 1984. It manufactures 106,000 tons of returnable and non-returnable glass containers annually for the food and beverage industries, with products also for export. Additionally, we have a joint venture with Crown Obrist, an affiliate of Crown Cork & Seal, to produce plastic closures for the bottling industry
